Design & Spaces ("we", "us") offers a free online plot planner at designandspaces.in. We built it so that your information stays with you. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into the planner (names, plot details, notes, drawings, saved plots, your name and phone number for the brief, and your theme choice) is stored only in your own browser, using its local storage. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it.

• To delete it, clear this website's data in your browser settings, or use "New plot" and delete entries from Saved plots.
• If you use a different browser or device, your saved plots will not be there.

What we may collect

• Anonymous visit statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website securely and protect it from attacks.
• Messages you send us. If you email us feedback, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and improve the planner.

Advertising

To keep the planner free, the website may show ads served by Google (Google AdSense). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Ads never use the plot details you enter, which stay on your device.

Sharing

When you share a brief image or summary (for example on WhatsApp), you choose who receives it. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your rights

We aim to handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us about, correct or delete any information you have sent us by email.

Children

The planner is intended for adults planning a property. It is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service grows (for example if we add accounts or callback requests). We will update the date above when we do.
